Welcome to the Real Bird Homes' Beginning Birdhouse Course.

You probably know what kind of birdhouses people like.  You are now about to learn what kind of birdhouse birds need.

Birds are beautiful,  elegant, and extremely fragile.   Because of their fragile nature, they are constantly at risk of injury or death from severe weather,  many kinds of poisons, and hundreds of animals that rely on them for food.  It's easy to be unaware of how fragile and short life is for birds.  Compared to the solid mass of our bodies, these wonderful creatures are only whispers.

Unfortunately, most people can't conceive just how fragile and precarious a bird's life is.  That is why almost all bird houses are inadequate.   All too often they become death traps to the unsuspecting bird that chooses a hole in a bird house instead of a woodpecker hole in a smooth dead barren tree thirty feet above most predators and with a 'roof' of one or more feet thick between the occupants and the hot sun above.

If you are truly concerned about helping these beautiful creatures, please take the time to study this web site.

And, if you do, you will see why The Chalet by Real Bird Homes.Com not only attracts so many birds, but why the birds that use them are so successful at raising their families.
